Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to the whole of the UK.
How Do We Deliver?
Our courier is DPD, Woods Butchers and its employees are not liable for our couriers failure to deliver at a specified time for any particular reason. Once we have provided DPD with your order it becomes their sole responsibility to ensure delivery is made within a specified time frame. If there is an issue with your delivery, we will however make our best effort to rectify it. Please email with any issues you may have.
When Do We Deliver?
Delivery Days are Thursday and Friday (any orders placed between Wednesday - Thursday before 10:00am will be next day delivery)
Our packaging is environmentally friendly and recyclable and uses freezer packs to keep your products as fresh as possible.
DPD offer a 'predict' delivery service which informs you of a one-hour delivery window provided via sms and/or email. You can also watch the progress of your order on a real-time map. Finally, DPD also offer a number of 'in flight' options in case your plans change and you no longer can be there to collect your order. They include: delivery to a neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place, collect your parcel from a local pick-up store.
Leaving Your Order in a Safe Place
If you would like to specify a place you would like your order to be left then you don't have to be home to collect it. Just tell us in the comments when you place your order where you would like the delivery to be left.
We do also offer 'store pickup' as an option when placing an order. If selected we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Satisfaction and Returns
