A spin on the classic bratwursts. These hearty sandwiches are great with our famous Woods Butchers sausages and the homemade crunchy slaw provided in the recipe.
4 Woods Butchers Sausages (choose between our range of flavours)
2 large apples
1tsp spicy mustard
1/2 red onion
1tbsp cider vinegar
2 large baguettes (halved to make 4)
1. Preheat your grill or BBQ to a medium heat. Grill your sausages for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
2. Whilst cooking your sausages, grate your unpeeled apples and red onion into a large bowl. Mix in your mayonnaise, spicy mustard, and cider vinegar to make your coleslaw.
3. Put your sausages and coleslaw into your baguettes and enjoy!
